Delete your SelfStudy365 account

For the SelfStudy365 app and website, by SelfStudy365.

In the app

1. Open SelfStudy365 and sign in.
2. On the Home screen, tap your profile picture at the top to open Account.
3. Tap Delete my account and confirm.

On the website

1. Sign in at selfstudy365.in/login.
2. Open your account page.
3. Choose Delete my account and confirm.

If you cannot sign in

Email selfstudy365d@gmail.com from your account's email address with the subject "Delete my SelfStudy365 account". We will delete it within 7 days of confirming the request.

What is deleted

Your name, email address, password hash, sign-in sessions, answers, test attempts, progress, streaks, saved questions, settings, question reports and group memberships. Study groups that you own are deleted too.

What is kept, and for how long

Nothing is kept on the live system. Copies can remain in protected server backups for up to about 14 days until those backups expire, and technical server logs are kept for a limited period for security.

Deletion cannot be undone. Read the privacy policy.
